A Gastroscopy visually examines your digestive system by using an endoscope with a tiny camera attached to its end that is inserted through the mouth. A Colonoscopy detects changes in the large intestine and rectum using a colonoscope with a tiny camera at the tip inserted through the patient’s rectum. Both Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy are safe and effective ways of detecting digestive system disorders in a timely manner.
