Velocity Extended Care (VEC) service is a comprehensive inpatient service which provides assisted care and rehabilitation services to patients following a medical or surgical treatment. The facility is designed to help patients regain independence in their daily lives through specially customised programmes and activities within the hospital.

Terms & Conditions

MRSA screening is compulsory if patient is transferred from other institutions.
Collection of minimum 50% deposit in advance is requested upon admission. A full refund of the deposit is permitted provided that patient has not admitted yet.
Patients are required to stay a minimum of 7 days. The rate of the 7-day package will apply for patients who stay less than 7 days.
If patient requests to be discharged within 3 days before the intended length of the stay ended, the patient will still be charged in full as the chosen package rate.
If patient exceeds the intended length of stay, a daily top-up rate will be charged to the patient.
Applicable for Standard Single, Two-bedded and Four-bedded rooms and are subject to availability.
Additional visit by consultant will issue additional charges.
Basic Physiotherapy services will be accustomed according to each patient's needs based on RM60 per session.
Other charges may incur when necessary.
